AOYB Goals:
The goals of our organization are to teach the fundamentals of the game of Basketball
to our youth. The organization believes that at this level of play skill development and
sportsmanship are the first priority. Winning is a secondary goal and the desire to win
is far more important than actually winning.
The life lessons and discipline that are learned from being part of a team will hopefully
have a positive influence on the lives of our youth athletes.

AOYB will continue to utilize the Internet for our 2011-2012 season. Email's will be sent
to all parents and coaches regarding schedule changes and other important
information. Registration and payments will be done through our website or by mail. It
is our hope that by utilizing the Internet the parents and coaches will be more informed
resulting in a more organized and productive season.

ASEP / IESA
Our organization will be continuing the implementation and enforcement of the ASEP
and IESA rules and regulations. For more info about these guidelines please visit
ASEP.com. In short, the highest levels of sportsmanship and conduct are expected
from all coaches, parents and athletes.
